These terms apply to bulk and organizational orders placed directly with Peace River Publishers. Each order is also governed by the quote we issue for it. Last updated 10/17/2026.
Seller
Orders are sold and invoiced by Endoge LLC, doing business as Peace River Publishers, Fletcher, North Carolina, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact: orders@peaceriverpublishers.com.
Quotes
We respond to each inquiry with a written quote showing the products, quantities, unit and total prices, any discount, shipping, applicable tax, estimated delivery and payment terms. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices for print books depend on current printing and shipping costs, so an expired quote may need to be reissued.
Placing an order
You accept a quote by signing it, replying to confirm it in writing, or issuing a purchase order that references it. An order is binding once we confirm it. If your purchase order contains terms that differ from or add to these terms or our quote, those terms do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.
Payment
Unless our quote states otherwise, payment is due in full before we place your order into production. Credit terms, such as payment within 30 days of invoice, are available only if we approve them in writing. We accept payment by ACH bank transfer, check, or card. Late payments on approved credit terms may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Taxes
Sales tax is added where it applies. If your organization is tax-exempt, send a valid exemption certificate before we invoice.
Production and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Print books are produced after your order is confirmed, so delivery dates in a quote are estimates. If you need delivery by a specific date, tell us before we quote; we will say whether we can meet it. Orders may arrive in more than one shipment, especially when they go to several locations. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Inspection, damage and defects
Please inspect each shipment on arrival. Report damaged, defective, misprinted or missing items within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items at no cost or, if replacement is not possible, credit or refund their price. Because books are printed for your order, we do not accept returns of items that arrive in good condition.
Cancellations and changes
You may cancel or change an order without charge until it enters production. After that, cancellation or changes are possible only if our printer can accommodate them, and you are responsible for costs already incurred.
Digital editions
If a quote includes digital editions, it states the number of individual licenses. Each license is for one named person, under our Digital Content License. Sharing a single copy across your organization is not permitted.
Use and resale
Books bought under these terms are for use within your organization, including giving copies to your employees, clients or event attendees. Resale, or bundling our books with a paid product or service, requires our written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when we confirm your order applies to that order.
